App doesnt work. Only gives an error message, nothing else. Tech support unhelpful.

Paid $90 for this from Pearson, but it doesnt wont let me login at all. Absolute fail.

Was unable to login and was told that this app is not supported on iOS by customer service. If its not supported, remove from the store. What a waste of time.

If I could give this app a negative star rating I would. This app is a waste of time. Consistent errors, help links to nowhere, no helpful information online. And the amount of money Pearson rakes in for constant newer more expensive versions? SHAME ON YOU PEARSON. ?????

I hate to have to agree with all of the other terrible reviews, but theyre right. I pay $100 to get online access to a textbook and the app they offer and advertise is completely useless. Im not even able to read the textbook in the app much less accomplish anything else. Pearson should be ashamed of this sorry excuse for an app.

None of my courses show up, and apparently you can only use it for books and not the mastering? Kinda worthless

The module hasnt loaded on my computer for the past 2 days, so I was desperate and downloaded this app. Even worse. Cant even log in. If Im paying out the butt for this stuff at least make it work!

No access via smartphone or tablet

i put everything in correctly, yet it kept saying it was incorrect. would give it a zero but i have to give it something.

my/lab mastering app is not scrolling to see the whole question and answer options. In affect it made me answer on a question without all the information displayed. I knew the answer but didnt have the ability to choose the right answer. Please fix.

You would think Pearson could do a better job for students.

Awkward UI, I dont want to learn anymore; boring content, I prefer to read printed book instead.

Took forever to log in and others in my course were and werent able to even see the course. This app is terrible! Dont waste your time

I was able to sign in and find my course easily. The app doesnt allow for sideways scrolling, though, so the important parts of the answer choices were cut off. Not at all useful for my accounting review.

Reset the password, still wont let me in. I deem this app pretty useless.

I really enjoyed using this app. I used it for my Accounting course and it gave me extra study questions and simulations for my exams. The quality of the graphics could be a little better but overall a great app to use for studying.

I encountered my first issue with the app, today. The question has a large picture with labeled parts. You are asked to identify a certain part (Part C to be exact) but you cannot scroll to the bottom to choose an answer. Because you are unable to choose an answer, you cannot move to the next question. So, on Chapter 10, question 4/8 of the first group, I AM STUCK! Help!

This app is horrible: slow and logs me out multiple times. I paid $60 for this MyLab and if barely even works. GG, Pearson, you dont even deserve one star.

The app does not let me log in, even though I have entered in my correct password over a dozen times. Please fix!
